Logistick’s Privacy Commitment. Logistick Systems, Inc. (“Logistick,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers and protection of your personal information is important to us. Logistick believes in communicating clearly with our customers.

This Privacy Policy and the procedures contained herein (“Policy”) describe our policy with respect to information that Logistick collects through the website at www.Logistick.com (the “Website”) and are designed to help you understand how Logistick collects, uses and distributes user information via the Website. This Policy does not cover information collected from sources other than the Website. The practices of other websites that may be accessed through the Website, which may include the collection of personally identifiable information about you, are not covered by this Policy. By visiting the Website you are acknowledging that you have read, accept, and agree to the terms of this Policy and Terms and Conditions and consent to Logistick’s collection, processing, storage, use, transfer and disclosure of your personal and non-personal information as further described herein.

Logistick collects information from our Website visitors (for example, when registering an account) to provide our customers with products and services, information about our products and services, general information, a personalized Internet experience and to ensure quality. We do not require anyone to divulge any personally identifiable information to use the Website. Certain types of information available to you on the Website (for example, pricing information) may only be accessible after you provide us with requested personally identifiable information. Do Not Track.  Logistick does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. Therefore, Logistick does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. Governing Law And Jurisdiction.  The Policy and Terms and Conditions of Logistick are made under, and will be construed according to, the laws of the State of Indiana, U.S.A., without reference to the choice of law principles thereof. Any dispute arising out of the Policy or Terms and Conditions of Logistick shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles. Logistick makes no representation that this Policy and such practices comply with the laws of any other state or country. The exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation required to resolve any disputes under this Policy or Terms and Conditions of Logistick shall be in the courts of the State of Indiana, and by using the Website you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts in Indiana, and waives objection to venue laid therein.
